What We Do
The Wave of Edgewater provides women-centered behavioral health treatment in Clearwater.
Behavioral Health Treatment in Clearwater
At The Wave of Edgewater, we provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health treatment in Clearwater designed exclusively for women. We understand that mental health challenges don’t just affect one part of life—they touch everything. That’s why our approach goes beyond symptom management. We help women rebuild confidence, regain control, and create a path toward lasting wellness.
Every woman’s story is different, and healing looks different for everyone. Our programs offer a structured, supportive space where women can focus entirely on recovery. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma, our team provides the tools and guidance you need. Through therapy, peer support, and holistic wellness, we help women address the underlying causes of their struggles and develop healthy coping strategies that last.
Choosing to seek help is a big step, and you deserve a program that truly understands your needs. At The Wave of Edgewater, we offer multiple levels of care, each designed to meet you wherever you are in your healing process. Our residential treatment, partial hospitalization program (PHP), and intensive outpatient program (IOP) provide flexible, individualized care that empowers women to reclaim their lives.
Programs Offered
Residential Treatment
For women who need a focused and immersive environment to heal, our residential treatment program offers 24/7 care in a safe, structured setting. This level of care is ideal for those struggling with severe mental health disorders or co-occurring conditions. Here, women receive medical and clinical support while living on-site, away from external distractions that may interfere with progress. A stay in residential treatment provides the time and space needed to fully engage in therapy, develop new coping skills, and build a solid foundation for long-term recovery. With a combination of individual counseling, group therapy, and holistic wellness practices, women gain the tools they need to process trauma, manage emotions, and break free from destructive patterns.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers structured treatment while allowing for more independence than residential care. Women in PHP attend therapy and treatment sessions during the day but return to a supportive living environment in the evenings. This option is ideal for those transitioning from residential treatment or those who need intensive support without 24/7 supervision.PHP provides a balance between structured care and real-world application. Women engage in therapy, skill-building workshops, and group support while beginning to reintegrate into daily life. This program helps clients strengthen coping strategies, establish healthy routines, and prepare for the next stage of recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
